How Pre-Orders Work

Many items are pre-order to secure your piece from upcoming or limited batches and to keep prices fair without over-stocking.

Estimated fulfilment windows are shown on each listing; timelines can vary by supplier and freight.

We’ll update you by email if there are material changes to ETA.

Shipping & Packaging

Every order is inspected and packed with protection in mind. We use tracked shipping options and will share tracking once your parcel leaves our facility. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship together when everything arrives (or split shipments if you choose — fees may apply).

Pricing & Transparency

We benchmark across official stores and reputable retailers to keep pricing competitive. Where there are multiple versions of a product, we’ll note key differences (finish, scale, materials) so you can buy with confidence.

Returns & Support
