Shipping (Singapore Only)
We currently ship within Singapore only.
Exclusive First Drop
To celebrate our launch, all items are part of an exclusive first batch pre-order. Orders will take about 2–3 weeks to be fulfilled as we bring in your gear fresh from our supplier.
We know it’s a longer wait, so to thank you for being one of our very first supporters, every pre-order will include a free gift, with no minimum spend required.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days (courier estimate). Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons (e.g. Singapore GP week) or courier delays.
Shipping Fees
- S$10 flat rate per order
- Free shipping for orders S$150 and above (after discounts)
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.
Addresses We Deliver To
Residential and commercial addresses in Singapore. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Some restricted/secured locations may require extra time or may not be serviceable—if that affects your order, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
Pre-Orders & Split Shipments
Orders containing pre-order items are shipped when all items are ready. If you prefer to split-ship, contact us—additional shipping charges (S$10) may apply unless each shipment independently qualifies for free shipping.
Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts or incorrect/incomplete addresses, we can reship for S$10.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t moved in tracking for an extended period, email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos (for damage cases). We’ll arrange a free replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund.
