Welcome to Pit Stop (“Pit Stop”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website thepitstop.shop, related services, and purchases made through the site. Please read these Terms carefully. By using our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you provide, including name, shipping address, and payment details.
  • If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Pit Stop is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

2. Products & Orders

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw items, adjust quantities, or refuse service at our discretion.
  • Descriptions: We make every effort to display product details (including colours, sizing, and materials) accurately. However, variations may occur, and we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will represent products perfectly.
  • Pre-orders: Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order timelines are estimates only (typically 2–3 weeks). Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except as provided under our Returns Policy.
  • Exclusive launches: Launch events or first-batch exclusives may include complimentary gifts. These are provided at our discretion and while stocks last.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayNow/PayLah (where available).
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is successfully processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping scope: Currently, we only ship within Singapore. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Delivery fees: Free delivery applies to orders of SGD 150 and above. Orders below this threshold incur a SGD 10 delivery fee.
  • Delivery timelines:
    • In-stock products: estimated 3–5 business days after fulfilment.
    • Pre-orders: estimated 2–3 weeks after order confirmation.
  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
  • Risk of loss: All items are shipped with tracking. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our Returns & Exchange Policy applies to all orders. Key points include:
    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Certain items (e.g. final sale items, pre-orders, promotional goods) may be non-returnable unless defective.
    • Customers may choose a reorder (subject to availability) or a full refund to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned products and deny a refund if items do not meet the conditions stated.

6. Promotions, Discounts & Raffles

  • Promotional offers (discount codes, free shipping, etc.) are valid only during the stated promotional period and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Orders must be completed and paid in full before the promotional deadline to qualify.
  • For raffles and giveaways:
    • Eligibility will be restricted to participants meeting the stated criteria (e.g. Singapore residents).
    • Each valid purchase or action (such as signing up, following social media) will be allocated entries as stated.
    • Winners will be announced on official Pit Stop channels (Instagram, TikTok) and contacted directly.
    • We reserve the right to disqualify entries suspected of fraud, automation, or misconduct.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse our website or services. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

  • Attempting to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
  • Using automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to access our services.
  • Purchasing products for resale without prior written consent.
  • Providing false information during account registration or checkout.
  • Engaging in any conduct that violates applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All text, images, graphics, product names, logos, and designs on this website are owned by Pit Stop or licensed to us.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written approval.

9. Third-Party Services

  • Our store may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers and shipping couriers.
  • We are not responsible for errors, delays, or damages arising from third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pit Stop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products.
  • Our maximum liability in connection with any order is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant products.
