1. Are your products authentic?

Yes! We only stock officially licensed F1 merchandise from trusted suppliers. No fakes, no grey market.


2. When will my order arrive?

Right now, all items are on preorder. This means your order will ship in about 2–3 weeks. We’ll update you the moment your package is dispatched.

3. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly once placed, so cancellations or changes aren’t always possible. If you need to adjust something, reach out to us at thepitstopsingapore@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been packed or shipped.


4. What happens if my preorder gets delayed?

If a supplier delay occurs, we’ll let you know right away and give you an updated delivery timeline.Ā 


5. Will my preorder and in-stock items ship together?

Yes, by default, your order will ship once all items are available. If you’d like your in-stock items shipped first, drop us a message and we can arrange a split shipment (additional delivery fees may apply).


6. How much is shipping?

  • Free delivery: Orders above S$150
  • Flat fee: S$10 for orders below S$150

7. What if I’m not home when delivery is attempted?

Our courier will try again if you’re not home. If the parcel can’t be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be marked asĀ Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to us. In that case, we’ll contact you to re-arrange delivery (re-delivery fees may apply).


8. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! Currently, we only ship within Singapore. We’re working on expanding, so stay tuned on our socials for updates.


9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

10. Can I return or exchange items?

Yes! You can return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns: Store credit will be issued.
  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability.

11. Do you offer discounts?

Yes, our Launch Promo:

  • 20% off for the first 100 orders.
  • Keep an eye on our Instagram and TikTok for future drops, raffles, and special sales.

12. How do I know if I’m one of the first 100 orders for 20% off?

Our system tracks this automatically. If your order qualifies, the 20% discount will be applied at checkout and confirmed in your order summary. Once the first 100 orders are hit, the promo will close.


13. I missed the Singapore GP. Is it too late to order merch?

Not at all! While we can’t guarantee delivery before race weekend, our store is open year-round with official F1 team gear and exclusives.


14. I want a specific product that’s not listed. What should I do?

Drop us a DM on Instagram and let us know what you’re looking for. If there’s demand, we’ll do our best to bring it in stock.


15. How long does it take for you to reply?

We aim to reply within 24 hours. During busy periods like race weekends or launches, replies may take a little longer but we’ll never leave you hanging.


16. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Not yet! Pit Stop is currently online-only. But we’re fans first and building this store to grow the F1 scene in Singapore, so a physical Pit Stop location is definitely part of our future vision. For now, all orders are fulfilled through our website.
