Returns & Exchanges

At Pit Stop, we want every purchase to feel right. If your item doesn’t fit or you simply need to swap it out, we make the process straightforward and hassle-free.

Our Policy:

• One free return or exchange per order, valid within 14 days of delivery.
  
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
  
  
• Excludes final-sale, limited-edition, or any personalised items.
  
  

How It Works:

1. Email thepitstopsingapore@gmail.com with your order number and request.
   
   
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and guide you through one of two options:
   
   
   1. Free courier pickup, or
      
      
   2. Direct exchange (case-by-case basis).
      
      
3. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and send out your replacement within 2 business days.
   
   

If Replacement Is Unavailable:

• We’ll reorder the item for you if possible, or
  
  
• Provide a full refund back to your original payment method.
