  2. Share our raffle post → 5 ticket per share
  3. Like the raffle post → 1 ticket per like
  4. Tag 2 Friends in the comments → 3 ticket
  5. Sign up with your email on our website → 5 tickets
  6. Purchase any item (no minimum spend) → 30 tickets

🎁 Prize

  • 1x Official 1:5 Scale F1 Mini Helmet
    Winner may select any driver from the current F1 season.

📅 Timeline

  1. Raffle opens: 4 October 2025, 10:00 AM SGT
  2. Raffle closes: 19 October 2025, 5:00 PM SGT
  3. Winner announcement: 19 October 2025, 9:00 PM SGT
    (announced on our Instagram & TikTok, and contacted directly by email/DM/phone if provided)

📍 Eligibility

  • Open to all residents of Singapore.
  • No age restrictions apply. (Entrants under 18 must have parental consent)

🏆 Winner Selection

  • Winner will be drawn randomly.
  • Winner must respond by 25 October 2025, 5:00 PM SGT. If no response, a redraw will be conducted.

🚚 Delivery

  • Prize will be delivered free of charge within Singapore only.

 

📜 Terms & Conditions – The Pit Stop Grand Opening Raffle

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Pit Stop Grand Opening Raffle. By entering the Raffle, all participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Organiser

The Raffle is organised by The Pit Stop, Singapore (“The Pit Stop”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Raffle is open only to residents of Singapore.
2.2 Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain prior consent from a parent or legal guardian before entering.
2.3 The Pit Stop reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.

3. Entry Requirements
3.1 Entries open at 10:00 AM SGT on 4 October 2025 and close at 5:00 PM SGT on 19 October 2025(“Raffle Period”).

3.2 Eligible entry methods:

  • Follow The Pit Stop’s Instagram account (1 ticket).
  • Share the official raffle post on social media (1 ticket per verified share).
  • Sign up with an email address on The Pit Stop website (5 tickets).
  • Purchase any item from The Pit Stop website with no minimum spend (15 tickets).
    3.3 Orders must be fully completed and paid before the closing date. Cancelled, incomplete, or refunded orders will not qualify.
    3.4 Multiple entries are permitted provided they comply with these rules.
    3.5 Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries via fraudulent means will be disqualified.
    3.6 The Pit Stop reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant suspected of breaching these T&Cs.

4. Prize
4.1 The prize consists of one (1) official 1:5 scale Formula 1 mini helmet from any driver in the current F1 season, chosen by the winner.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or alternative will be offered.
4.3 The Pit Stop accepts no responsibility for changes in availability of merchandise or for any delays in delivery beyond its reasonable control.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
5.2 The winner will be announced publicly on The Pit Stop’s Instagram and TikTok accounts at 9:00 PM SGT on 19 October 2025.
5.3 The Pit Stop will also attempt to contact the winner directly via email, Instagram direct message, or phone (if provided).
5.4 The winner must respond by 5:00 PM SGT on 25 October 2025 to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and The Pit Stop reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

6. Delivery of Prize
6.1 The prize will be delivered free of charge to the winner within Singapore only.
6.2 The Pit Stop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, logistics, or events outside its control.

7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1 By entering the Raffle, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information by The Pit Stop for the purposes of administering the Raffle and contacting winners.
7.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be processed in accordance with The Pit Stop’s Privacy Policy.
7.3 Participants may withdraw consent at any time by contacting The Pit Stop; however, this may result in forfeiture of their entry.

8. Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pit Stop shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of participating in the Raffle or accepting the prize.
8.2 The Pit Stop accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, network issues, or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.

9. General
9.1 The Pit Stop reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Raffle at any time where circumstances make this unavoidable.
9.2 All decisions of The Pit Stop regarding the Raffle are final and binding.
9.3 The Raffle is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
9.4 This Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Formula 1, Instagram, Shopify, or any F1 teams or drivers.
